Job summary

Rango Inc. is seeking a Loader operator to safely run a loader at our AZ crushing site in Globe. The role is night shift, with overtime as needed, and requires physical stamina and safety focus.

Based in Globe, AZ, you will perform pre/post-trip checks, monitor equipment, and report issues promptly while following blasting procedures and safety rules. Travel to Phoenix-area sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have Loader experience.
• Strong safety-conscious approach.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and report any mechanical issues.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip checks on equipment daily and maintain equipment in safe condition.
• Perform proper tramming techniques, moving between drill holes on uneven grades.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Job Description

The ideal candidate willsafelyperformduties related to the safe operations of a loader at a highly skilled level.

• Identifyingand reporting any mechanical issues
• Conducts pre- andpost-tripchecks on equipment daily andmaintainsequipment in safe operatingcondition.

Work Location: Globe, Arizona

Pay will be dependent on experience.

Job Requirements

• Must be willing to work Night Shift schedule (4pm-4am), overtime and weekends as needed
• PreviousLoader experience
• Knowledge of blasting operations procedures
• Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Must be willing to work outside in a variety of conditions
• Must be dependable and report to work on time
• Must be willing to travel todifferent locationswithinPhoenix and the surrounding areas
• Mustexhibita high levelof safety consciousness and a clear understanding of equipment safety
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., safely climb ladders, and regularly walk on uneven ground
