Ideal candidates will have loader experience, strong safety awareness, and reliable communication. The position is full-time with pay dependent on experience and travel to other Phoenix-area locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have Loader experience.
• Willing to work night shift (4pm–4am) and overtime.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a loader at a skilled level.
• Identify and report mechanical issues.
• Perform pre- and post-trip checks on equipment daily.
• Move between drill holes safely on uneven grades.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
