Job summary

Rango Inc. is seeking a Driller to join our Globe, Arizona team. The candidate will safely operate a loader, perform pre- and post-trip checks, and report mechanical issues to ensure equipment remains in safe operating condition.

Responsibilities include tramming between drill holes on uneven grades, following blasting procedures, and performing additional tasks as assigned. Night shift (4pm–4am), overtime and weekends may be required, with travel to various Phoenix area locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous Loader experience required.
• Knowledge of blasting operations procedures preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Strong safety mindset and reliability essential.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a loader at a skilled level and identify mechanical issues.
• Perform pre- and post-trip equipment checks daily and maintain equipment condition.
• Demonstrate proper tramming techniques between drill holes on uneven grades.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
