Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience operating heavy equipment on large construction projects.
• High school diploma or equivalent; ability to read/write fluently in English.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel with extensive overtime.
• Knowledge of safety hazards and inspection principles.
• Ability to read and interpret Access and Construction Plans.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily safety and maintenance checks with documentation per policies.
• Participate in routine maintenance and safe storage of heavy equipment.
• Communicate effectively with site personnel and practice safety.
• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain daily logs of equipment usage and maintenance.
• Understand ground signals and coordinate with ground personnel.
