Job summary

You will maintain daily logs, perform safety inspections, and communicate clearly with ground crews to ensure safe, efficient site operations. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and write fluently in English.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 1–3 years of heavy equipment operation on large construction projects.
• Ability to operate equipment independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of safety hazards and inspection principles.
• Ability to read and interpret access and construction plans.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily safety and maintenance checks with proper documentation.
• Inspect equipment before and after use.
• Conduct routine maintenance such as greasing.
• Operate all heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain daily logs of equipment usage and maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with site personnel and follow safety protocols.
• Travel as required, including overtime.
• Follow ground signals and stay in contact with ground personnel.
