Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; fluent reading/writing in English
• 1–3 years operating multiple types of heavy equipment on large projects
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and follow safety rules

Responsibilities

• Perform daily safety and maintenance checks with documentation
• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently in various weather
• Maintain daily logs of equipment usage and maintenance
• Communicate effectively with site personnel and follow ground signals
• Ensure equipment is stored securely and inspected as required
• Perform other duties as assigned
