Job summary

US Aggregates is seeking an Equipment Operator/Laborer to support production, maintenance, quality, and safety within Operations. You will operate heavy equipment such as front-end loaders, haul trucks, and skid steers, perform routine servicing, and keep accurate activity and maintenance records.

We require a High School diploma or equivalent, ability to read and write English, and basic math. Welding and maintenance skills are a plus; enjoy teamwork and flexible shifts including days, nights,

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Must maintain regular attendance and high performance.
Able to read, write and communicate in English; basic math skills.
Experience with safety procedures and daily documentation.
Welding, torching, and maintenance skills preferred.
Ability to work with a team and take direction.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain heavy equipment including front-end loaders, haul trucks, and skid steers.
Fuel, oil, grease, and service equipment; follow safety manuals.
Perform pre-shift and post-shift checks and maintenance.
Complete required paperwork and reports as directed.
Adhere to safety rules around tracks, equipment, and facilities.
Participate in safety and job-specific trainings as required.
Other duties as assigned; support continuous improvement initiatives.
