Job summary

US Aggregates is seeking an Equipment Operator/Laborer to help maintain production, safety, and quality within the Operations function. You will operate front-end loaders, haul trucks, and skid steers as part of daily plant activities.

You will perform pre-shift checks, service machinery, fuel and grease equipment, and keep accurate records. The job requires reliability, good English communication, and the ability to work days, nights, or weekends.

Qualifications

• Must maintain regular, dependable attendance and a high level of performance.
• Read, write, and communicate in English & understand basic math.
• Follow written and verbal directions to complete assigned tasks on schedule.
• Welding, torching, and maintenance skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate, service, and maintain heavy equipment to keep the plant in production.
• Fuel, oil, grease, and perform routine maintenance.
• Complete pre-shift and end-of-shift checks and maintain logs.
• Report activity and inventory via written and oral updates.
• Complete required training and safety certifications.
