Job summary

US Aggregates is seeking an Equipment Operator/Laborer to maintain production, safety, and quality across the Operations function. You will operate heavy equipment such as front-end loaders, haul trucks, and skid steers, performing pre-shift checks and routine maintenance.

The role requires reliable attendance, the ability to read and follow instructions, and the willingness to work days, nights, and weekends in a safe, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must maintain regular, dependable attendance and a high level of performance.
• Read, write, and communicate in English & understand basic math.
• Follow written and verbal directions to complete tasks on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Operate, service, and maintain heavy equipment including loaders, haul trucks, and skid steers.
• Perform pre-shift and end of shift checks and maintenance on equipment.
• Complete paperwork and maintain accurate records and inventories.
• Adhere to safety rules, policies, and procedures at all times.
• Work as part of a team, flexible to days, nights, or weekends.
