Job summary

Living Earth seeks skilled heavy equipment operators to join our Texas operations. You will operate front-end loaders and excavators, loading mulches, soils, compost, sands and gravels onto trucks, and perform basic equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

• At least one year of front-end loader operation.
• At least one year of excavator operation.
• Strong communication skills, especially verbal.
• Positive attitude to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment (front-end loaders, excavators, grinders, screeners) in safety policy.
• Load mulches, soils, compost, sands and gravels onto trucks and customer vehicles.
• Maintain, clean and store Living Earth equipment properly; complete pre/post-shift checks.
• Complete paperwork, reports and other documentation in a timely manner.
• Provide recommendations to improve environmental performance and efficiency.
