Job summary

Eco Material Technologies, a CRH Company, is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to manage front-end loaders, dozers, graders, and other equipment across job sites in Texas. You will perform pre-operation checks, operate equipment, and contribute to site safety and efficiency.

The role requires at least 1 year of relevant experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Training and certification in relevant skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Proficiency operating various heavy equipment (bulldozers, excavators, loaders, graders, etc).
• Basic knowledge of machinery maintenance and minor repairs.
• Ability to read simple instructions and follow supervisor guidance.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-operation inspections and report defects.
• Operate equipment such as front-end loaders, dozers, graders, and excavators.
• Execute site preparation, earthmoving, and material handling per plans and supervisor instructions.
• Perform routine maintenance (fluids, lubrication, cleaning).
• Maneuver equipment safely in confined spaces and varying weather conditions.
• Load/unload materials with appropriate attachments and methods.
• Communicate with supervisors and coworkers to coordinate tasks and report issues.
• Maintain attendance, timeliness, and flexible scheduling.
