Living Earth in Texas is hiring heavy equipment operators to run front-end loaders and excavators on our sites. The role includes operating equipment safely, loading mulch, soils, sand and gravel into trucks, and performing routine maintenance and documentation.

Qualifications

• At least one year of front-end loader operation.
• At least one year of excavator operation.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment (front-end loaders, excavators, grinders, screeners) following safety policies.
• Load mulches, soils, compost, sands and gravels into trucks and customer vehicles.
• Maintain, clean, and store equipment; complete pre/post-shift checks.
• Complete paperwork and reports in a timely manner.
• Provide suggestions to improve environmental performance.
