Job summary

WM is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator II at our FAIRVIEW, NJ site. You’ll operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, scrapers and front-end loaders, following safety policies and procedures to keep our operation efficient and safe.

This on-site role offers stable hours and two shift options (12am-8am or 8am-4:30pm) with pay starting at $27.79 per hour, depending on experience. Candidates must be 18+, legally eligible to work in the United States, and able to pass pre-employment drug

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Operates heavy equipment in compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Conducts routine equipment inspections and maintenance; maintains records.
• Moves and positions materials using material-moving equipment.
• Follows standard operating procedures for vehicle operation and maintenance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
