WM is hiring a Heavy Equipment Operator III for the landfill in Tinton Falls, New Jersey. This full-time role offers stable hours and a benefits package designed to support you and your family.

You will operate bulldozers, scrapers and front-end loaders at our facilities nationwide. Starting pay is $28–$30 per hour, with health care, stock purchase plan, 401(k) matching and tuition assistance available.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience operating heavy equipment.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to perform physical requirements with/without accommodations.
• Pre-employment drug screen and physical required.

Responsibilities

• Operates heavy equipment in compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Performs routine inspections and maintenance; keeps records.
• Moves materials using appropriate equipment.
• Follow standard operating procedures for vehicle operation and maintenance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
