Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience operating heavy construction equipment.
• Working knowledge of grade reading, surveying references, and site layout controls.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (background checks/drug testing when required).

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of heavy construction equipment safely and productively.
• Perform excavation, grading, trenching, and site preparation.
• Read grade stakes and construction plans and follow project specs.
• Conduct pre-trip and daily equipment inspections and report issues.
• Maintain equipment logs and records as required.
• Support emergency response, disaster recovery, and debris management as assigned.
