Job summary

Remedial Construction Services, L.P., a national environmental and civil construction contractor, seeks a senior Heavy Equipment Operator III. You will operate multiple large machines to excavate, grade, and place materials per project specs while prioritizing safety and efficiency.

The role requires 5+ years of equipment experience, OSHA knowledge, and ability to read survey stakes. MSHA/TWIC are valued, with HAZWOPER training a plus. Expect field-intensive work across sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Five+ years of heavy equipment operating experience.
• MSHA qualification and TWIC preferred.
• HAZWOPER training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators, bulldozers, graders to excavate, move, and grade materials safely.
• Perform daily pre-inspection and routine maintenance checks on equipment.
• Follow safety policies and communicate with crew, interpreting hand signals as needed.
• Maintain equipment and report issues promptly to supervision.
• Work independently with limited supervision and assist in material handling.
