Job summary

WM is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator I to operate bulldozers, scrapers, and front-end loaders at our White Hall landfill. The role emphasizes safety, reliable hours, and competitive hourly pay.

Starting salary ranges from $20 to $23 per hour and includes comprehensive benefits, stock purchase plan, a 401(k) match, and tuition assistance. Monday–Friday 6:30A-5:00P; weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience operating heavy equipment.
• Be over 18 years of age.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Operates heavy equipment in compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Conducts routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance; maintains records.
• Moves and positions materials with material moving equipment.
