WM is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator I at our White Hall, AR landfill to provide stable, safe, and reliable performance with regular hours and benefits. The role involves operating bulldozers, scrapers, and loaders, conducting routine equipment checks, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience operating heavy equipment.
• Be over 18 years of age.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and physical.

Responsabilités

• Operates heavy equipment in accordance with safety policies and procedures.
• Performs routine inspections and preventive maintenance; keeps records.
• Moves and positions raw materials and finished components with material moving equipment.
• Follows standard operating procedures for operating and maintaining vehicles.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
