MasTec, Inc. is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to support land clearing, excavation, and roadwork across wind and civil projects. You will operate fronts loaders, graders, excavators, dozers, scrapers and other equipment, following safety policies.

The role requires reading blueprints, coordinating with crew signals, performing routine maintenance, and occasional travel to different sites. Applicants should have a HS diploma/GED and 1–3 years of related experience, with strong safety focus.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED with 1–3+ years related experience.
• Ability to operate multiple heavy equipment safely.
• Willingness to travel to different job sites on short notice.

Responsabilidades

• Operate heavy equipment (front end loaders, graders, excavators, dozers, scrapers, etc.).
• Promote and comply with safety policies.
• Coordinate machine actions with crew signals and avoid hazards.
• Perform routine maintenance and file daily maintenance reports.
• Travel to different job sites as needed.
