Job summary

Hinkle Contracting, LLC, a CRH company, seeks a reliable heavy equipment operator to work with the labor team in Kentucky. The role emphasizes operating loaders and other machinery, reporting to the Site Foreman, and maintaining safety and efficiency on site.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience, pass drug and background checks, and can perform required pre-start procedures. CDL may be required in some roles; long hours may be necessary.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience operating heavy equipment.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Pass a pre-employment physical.
• Be able to provide documentation for I-9 immigration requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loader and other heavy equipment in a safe, efficient manner.
• Communicate daily job specs with Foreman and follow directions precisely.
• Perform daily pre-start checks and complete Daily Equipment Checklist.
• Assist with laborer duties as needed and maintain equipment condition.
