Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of experience, clean safety and driving records, and the ability to perform pre-start checks. CDL may be required; strong teamwork is essential for success on busy sites across central Kentucky.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience operating heavy equipment.
• Operates loaders, excavators, dozers, and similar machinery.
• Demonstrates knowledge of safety procedures and PPE usage.
• Communicates with foreman and adheres to daily specs.
• Performs daily pre-start up checks and routine maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loader and other heavy equipment as assigned.
• Ensure safe and timely transportation of loads to job sites.
• Follow daily job specifications and report to Foreman.
• Complete Daily Equipment Checklists and basic maintenance.
• Assist with laborer duties as needed and maintain equipment cleanliness.
