Job summary

Hinkle Contracting Company, LLC, a CRH company, is seeking a skilled laborer/operator to work with a site Foreman in central Kentucky. The candidate will operate heavy equipment, perform daily pre-start checks, and assist with labor tasks as needed at construction sites.

Candidates must have strong safety awareness, be able to follow directions, and be available for long hours as required by the project schedule. CDL may be required in some cases, and pre-employment screenings apply.

Qualifications

• Experience operating front-end loaders and other heavy equipment.
• Must maintain safety and operational standards.
• Ability to follow Foreman directions and daily job specs.
• Willingness to perform labor tasks and assist as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment (loaders, excavators, dozers, etc.).
• Perform daily pre-start checks and use Daily Equipment Checklist.
• Communicate with Foreman regarding daily job specs.
• Assist with labor tasks and site housekeeping as required.
