Job summary

Hinkle Contracting, LLC, a CRH company, seeks an experienced loader operator to support asphalt paving and production. You will work closely with the site foreman, operate heavy machinery, and ensure timely, safe transport of loads across central Kentucky.

The role requires strong safety discipline, 5+ years of equipment experience, and the ability to perform daily pre-start checks and minor maintenance. CDL may be required depending on site needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience operating heavy equipment.
• Ability to read and follow equipment manuals and checklists.
• Strong safety awareness and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate loaders and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with Foreman on daily job specifications and schedule.
• Perform pre-start checks, routine maintenance, and keep equipment clean.
• Assist laborer tasks as needed and follow directions precisely.
