Job summary

Jacintoport International is seeking a heavy equipment operator to move various commodities within the terminal. You will operate yard trucks and multiple forklift types, transporting cargo with attention to safety and efficiency.

The role requires experience with heavy equipment, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass training for additional gear within the first year. Flexible hours and a strong safety mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy equipment in a fast-paced terminal environment.
• Must have one year experience driving listed heavy equipment.
• Must be able to obtain HAZMAT certification within 30 days of start date.
• Must be able to obtain TWIC within 60 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Operate yard truck and forklifts to transport containers and cargo within schedule.
• Load and discharge cargo from yard trucks using standard equipment.
• Maintain safety and good housekeeping in work area.
