MasTec Industrial is seeking a heavy equipment operator to perform construction tasks across various sites. You will operate equipment such as loaders, graders, excavators, dozers, and trenchers while following safety policies and coordinating with crew members.

This full-time role includes long shifts (~50 hours/week), potential 90% travel, and a comprehensive benefits package. Applicants must have 1+ year of heavy equipment experience and readiness to work outdoors in varying conditions.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in heavy equipment operation.

Responsabilités

• Operate heavy equipment safely and understand equipment functions.
• Promote safety policies and procedures on site.
• Coordinate with crew to move loads and perform earthwork tasks.
• Perform routine maintenance and complete daily maintenance reports.
• Travel to multiple job sites and adapt to site conditions.
