Qualifications

• 1-3 years related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience in heavy equipment operation role
• Familiarity with MIC Health and Safety programs and project-specific regulations

Responsibilities

• Promote and comply with all Company and safety policies and procedures
• Operates heavy equipment including excavator, dozer, loaders, forklifts, backhoe and more
• May build level and/or extreme terrain and excavate land surfaces
• Drive and maneuver equipment to distribute and level earth
• Gather and load dirt, stone, equipment, materials, and waste from jobsite
• Must have ability to communicate clearly for safety and task execution
• Perform maintenance tasks such as cleaning, greasing and oiling machines
