ASRC Industrial Services (AIS) seeks an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to operate excavators and bulldozers at diverse heavy civil construction sites across the region. You will follow plans, perform routine equipment checks, and support safe, efficient earthmoving activities.

The role requires operating a range of machinery, interpreting blueprints, and collaborating with crews on challenging outdoor projects. A valid driver's license is essential and security clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience operating construction equipment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance for secured facilities (e.g., military bases).
• Proficient in operating a variety of construction equipment and interpreting plans.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain excavators and bulldozers on heavy civil projects.
• Follow project plans and blueprints to complete tasks accurately.
• Perform routine inspections and minor repairs to ensure equipment reliability.
• Safely load, transport, and unload materials as required.
• Coordinate with project teams to meet deadlines.
