Job summary

Eco Material Technologies, a CRH Company, is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator in Texas to operate multiple machines and transport bulk materials to job sites and feed systems. You will perform inspections, operate equipment, and help with site preparation under supervisor guidance.

The role requires 1+ year of experience in a relevant field, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to safety and teamwork on diverse projects. This position is on-site and offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Operate front-end loaders, dozers, graders, rollers, excavators, and trucks.
• Perform pre-operation inspections and report defects to maintenance.
• Conduct routine maintenance: check fluids, lubricate, clean equipment.
• Read and follow project plans and safety instructions.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and load/unload materials with proper attachments.
• Work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
• Maintain safety and productivity standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-operation inspections to ensure equipment is in proper working condition.
• Operate equipment such as front-end loaders, dozers, graders, rollers, excavators, dump trucks.
• Execute site prep, earthmoving, and material handling per project plans.
