Job summary

Eco Material Technologies, a CRH Company, is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to handle front-end loaders, dozers, graders, rollers, excavators, and dump trucks to move bulk materials on site and feed conveyors and hoppers.

You will perform pre-operation inspections, follow safety policies, coordinate with supervisors, and adapt to changing site conditions while maintaining productivity and safe operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience in a relevant field.
• Proficient in operating various heavy equipment and performing basic maintenance.
• Able to read instructions and coordinate with team.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment such as front-end loaders, dozers, graders, rollers, excavators, and dump trucks.
• Perform pre-operation inspections and report defects.
• Carry out site preparation, earthmoving and material handling per plans.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and lubricate parts.
• Communicate with supervisors and coworkers to coordinate tasks.
• Maintain safety and productivity, adapt to changing conditions.
