Delta Contracting Company seeks a reliable Heavy Equipment Operator to safely run dozers, graders, excavators, and loaders on road and site development projects across West Tennessee.

You’ll perform grading, paving prep, excavation and general site work, coordinate with crews, follow safety protocols, and help ensure quality workmanship on municipal and highway projects. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy construction equipment such as dozers, graders, backhoes or excavators.
• Knowledge of site layouts, grades and construction techniques.
