R B Hinkle Construction Inc in Sterling, Virginia seeks Equipment Operators and CDL Class A or B Drivers to join our team. You will safely operate heavy equipment and transport materials to and from job sites, supporting underground utility construction.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL with a clean driving record.
• 2–3 years of experience operating heavy construction equipment.
• Lifts up to 50 pounds;standing/bending in various weather.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans is a plus.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment including excavators, loaders, dozers, rollers, and graders safely.
• Perform pre- and post-operation inspections and daily maintenance checks.
• Transport materials and equipment to and from job sites using CDL licensed vehicles.
• Adhere to traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Load/unload materials; assist with general labor as needed.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers and keep work area organized.
