Job summary

RB Hinkle Construction in Sterling, VA is seeking an experienced Driver to safely operate our fleet in support of Dominion field operations. This full-time role requires attention to safety, dependable attendance, and the ability to work closely with field supervisors and crews.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred or required depending on vehicle/equipment.
• Clean motor vehicle record; ability to meet DOT requirements.
• Previous commercial driving, construction, or field experience preferred.
• Ability to load, secure, transport, and unload materials and equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company trucks and transport equipment, materials, tools, and supplies to and from jobsites.
• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain vehicle documentation and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Assist field crews with loading/unloading and deliveries as needed.
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety procedures.
