The role requires at least 1 year of experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to perform inspections, maintenance, and safe operation under supervision. Flexibility to work rotating shifts and overtime is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment such as front-end loaders, dozers, graders, and rollers.
• Perform pre-operation inspections and report defects.
• Execute site prep, earthmoving, and material handling per plans.
• Carry out routine maintenance and lubricate moving parts.
• Safe operation in confined spaces and around personnel.
• Load/unload materials with appropriate attachments.
• Coordinate tasks with supervisors and coworkers.
• Maintain attendance, timeliness, and flexibility.
• Respond to customer needs and adapt to changing priorities.
• Other duties as assigned.
