Harsco Environmental is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator for our steel and metals recovery plant. You will operate loaders, excavators, skid steers, heavy trucks and cranes to support daily processing activities.
Responsibilities include performing routine pre-start and post-inspections, adhering to all safety guidelines, and collaborating with a team to maintain productivity and environmental compliance.

This position is responsible for day to day Heavy Equipment Operation activities at a steelmetal recovery plant. Running equipment such as loaders, excavators, skidsteer, heavy duty trucks, cranes. Duties include but not limited to:
Basic Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. 1 - 3 year’s experience as a equipment operator.
3. Ability to do manual labor in an outdoor environment that may include elevated areas and extreme weather conditions.
4. Good communications skills, and the ability to read operating instructions.
5. Proactive in SAFETY and works well in a team environment.
