Job summary

Brandenburg Industrial SVC CO is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to work across multiple states. The role offers an hourly range of $26.52 - $39.50 with benefits per the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Responsibilities include operating skid steers, loaders, excavators, disassembling buildings using bucket attachments, excavating, grading, loading/unloading materials, and performing routine maintenance. Must have a HS diploma and 1–2 years' equipment experience; strong teamwork required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years' experience operating equipment or apprentice.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy equipment (skid steers, loaders, excavators etc.).
• Disassemble buildings & structures using bucket attachments.
• Excavate and grade dirt, load/unload materials or equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and lubrication of equipment.
• Work in PPE in all weather conditions.
• Collaborate with team to manage debris and scrap materials.

Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operator

Location: Working in Multiple States

Job Type: Full-Time

Travel: Up to 95%

Salary: Hourly Range: $26.52 - $39.50 and benefit package per Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Duties / Responsibilities / Physical Requirements

• Safely operate heavy equipment (skid steers, loaders, excavators etc.)
• Use biter bucket to disassemble buildings & structures
• Excavate and grade dirt, fill &/or debris
• Unload & load materials or equipment from platforms or trailers
• Install &/or remove loader attachments
• Coordination to use heavy equipment to separate various materials
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning and lubrication of equipment
• Agility to climb onto, into and out of equipment using ladder
• Agility to walk and work on uneven surfaces
• Agility, bodily coordination & dexterity of hands and feet
• Ability to work productively in personal protective equipment throughout work shift in all weather conditions
• Perform all work in accordance with Brandenburg's environmental and safety policies
• Regular and Predictable Performance

Education / Experience

Candidates must have a HS diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years' experience operating equipment or apprentice.
