This role involves operating and maintaining a variety of heavy machinery, including excavators, dozers, dump trucks, cranes, and more. Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain a variety of heavy equipment, including:
    • Caterpillar machinery
    • Excavators
    • Dozers
    • Off-road dump trucks
    • Cranes
    • Tankers
    • Front loader trucks
    • Backhoes
    • Water trucks
  • Conduct daily inspections and preventive maintenance, including lubrication, cleaning filters, greasing, and maintaining cab cleanliness.
  • Follow strict safety protocols while handling equipment and working on-site.
  • Work at different company locations (Demo or Landfills) as needed.
  • Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
  • Collaborate with team members for smooth workflow and project completion.
Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license and social security card.
  • Proven 3 years of experience in operating heavy equipment.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting ability.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
  • Must pass a drug, alcohol, and physical test.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
