Job summary

Wiese Usa Inc is seeking a Service Technician to repair material handling equipment and serve as the primary contact with customers. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and ensure work is completed safely and professionally.

The role involves troubleshooting a wide range of equipment, providing excellent customer service, and promoting additional Wiese services. Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds and work in potentially elevated spaces.

Qualifications

• Hazard assessments and safe work practices are required.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and crouch/crawl in confined areas.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Provide your own hand tools.
• Working knowledge of computer systems and ability to learn our software to complete online work orders.
• Demonstratable customer service skills (verbal and non-verbal).
• Pre-employment drug screen, physical exam, background check, MVR, and employment eligibility verification are required.

Responsibilities
