Job summary

Wiese Usa Inc is seeking a Service Technician to repair a wide range of material handling equipment and act as the primary contact with customers. You will troubleshoot issues, obtain customer approval before repairs, and complete required paperwork while delivering exceptional service.

The role requires safety-conscious multitaskers who can lift 50 lbs, work at heights, and learn the company software for online work orders. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Strong multitasking and time management skills.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and crouch/crawl in confined areas.
• Comfortable with heights above 15 feet.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Provide your own hand tools.
• Working knowledge of computer systems and ability to learn software for online work orders.
• Demonstrable customer service skills, verbal and non-verbal.

Responsibilities

• Repair a wide range of equipment including forklifts, aerial lifts, and floor care equipment.
• Troubleshoot customer equipment problems and obtain customer approval before repairs.
• Act as the point of contact between the company and customers in a professional light.
• Complete and submit all required paperwork.
• Provide excellent customer service and upsell additional Wiese services when appropriate.
• Risk assessments and safe work practices on each job; maintain quality control.
• Manage workload effectively and prioritize daily tasks.
