Job summary

Bejac Corporation's Las Vegas, NV branch seeks an experienced heavy equipment mechanic for shop service. The role offers a non-union shop with above-scale pay and a strong benefits package including medical/dental/vision/life, 401(k), and education reimbursement.

Primary duties include servicing customer equipment in-shop or on-site, performing repairs to manufacturer times, planning work, and maintaining routine maintenance with or without supervision. OT is expected due to high demand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience maintaining/servicing heavy equipment.
• Equipment dealership background ideal.
• Must be able to lift 75# unassisted.
• Welding experience.
• Hydraulic & electrical experience.
• Mid-level diagnostic ability.
• Ability to do repairs such as welding, R & R of major components such as axles, engines, and transmissions.
• Ability to perform repairs on components and attachments such as hammers and shears.
• Engine certifications a plus.
• Possess a clean and valid Class B driver’s license, recent K4 printout required.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
