Job summary

Bejac Corporation in Glendale, AZ is seeking an experienced heavy equipment mechanic for shop service. OT is a must as we’re a busy, non-union shop.

We offer excellent benefits, education reimbursement, 401(k) with match, and tool bonus. This full-time position requires lifting up to 75 lb and the ability to work under pressure both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience maintaining/servicing heavy equipment.
• Equipment dealership background ideal.
• Must lift 75 lb unassisted.
• Welding experience.
• Hydraulic & electrical experience.
• Mid-level diagnostic ability.
• Ability to do repairs such as welding, R&R of major components such as axles, engines, and transmissions.
• Ability to perform repairs on components and attachments such as hammers and shears.
• Engine certifications a plus.
• Clean and valid Class B driver\'s license, recent K4 printout required.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
