Paragon Pro Rentals is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment rentals and scissor lift equipment, in both shop and customer sites. You will diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, prepare parts requisitions, and travel to job sites to deliver top-quality service.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.
• Experience diagnosing mechanical/electrical issues and performing repairs.

Responsabilidades

• Perform maintenance and repairs on a variety of heavy rental equipment and scissor lifts.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on-site or in shop.
• Travel to customer jobsites to provide repair and maintenance services.
• Interact professionally with customers and colleagues; prioritize workload and safety.
