Paragon Pro Rentals is seeking a skilled Service Shop Technician to diagnose, service, and repair heavy equipment and scissor lifts. The role involves on-site and shop work with guidance from supervisors, and a focus on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Requires two or more years of hands-on equipment/engine experience with diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License with clean MVR.
• Experience in construction or equipment rental industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair heavy equipment and scissor lifts.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting either in the shop or on-site.
• Recondition and repair equipment and components as needed.
• Maintain accurate records for time, parts, supplies and external purchases.
• Demonstrate safety, professionalism, and strong customer service on every job.
