Qualifications

• 3+ years of heavy equipment field experience required for $5,000 sign-on bonus.
• Experience performing mechanical service and repairs to Caterpillar and related equipment.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have excellent driving record and be able to obtain a CDL.
• DOT certification eligibility.
• Proficient with technical software, databases and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Apply troubleshooting techniques and determine proper repair procedures on all assigned work orders.
• Service, diagnose and repair all machine components and systems at the customer’s jobsite.
• Disassemble, inspect and identify parts needed; reassemble to factory specs.
