CDL and DOT readiness are preferred; a clean driving record is advantageous. Starting compensation is competitive, with a sign-on bonus potential up to $5,000 and opportunities for overtime.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum three years of heavy equipment field experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with Caterpillar and related equipment preferred.
• CDL and DOT certification preferred or required per role.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills expected.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Aufgaben

• Apply troubleshooting techniques and determine proper repair procedures on all assigned work orders.
• Service, diagnose and repair machine components and systems at customer sites.
• Disassemble, inspect, and determine parts needed; reassemble to factory specs.
• Interacting with customers and addressing repair questions; refer non-repair questions to supervisor.
• Perform minor electrical and computer repairs.
• Use manuals and service bulletins for guidance.
• Prepare accurate service reports and parts requisitions.
• Document all work clearly and timely.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
