RECO Equipment, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy and compact equipment on customer sites and at branches.

This role requires strong mechanical skills, safety focus, and the ability to work independently while delivering excellent service. Top pay ranges from $27 to $40 per hour based on experience, with overtime availability and access to diagnostic tools, software, a company service truck, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience in heavy equipment repair.
• Proficient with diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems.
• Ability to read hydraulic and electrical schematics.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass DOT physical.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Willing to learn new equipment and stay current.
