Equipment East in Brockton seeks a Service Technician for a hybrid shop and field role working on heavy and compact construction equipment. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain machines at customer sites and in the shop, perform preventative maintenance, and support warranty and service events.

We offer a pay range of $30.00 to $60.00 per hour based on experience and skill level, with benefits including health, dental, vision, 401k with company match, PTO, and a fully equipped service truck.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a diesel or heavy equipment technician.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with diesel, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Valid driver’s license. CDL preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently.

Responsabilités

Equipment East is hiring a Service Technician for our Brockton location. This is a hybrid shop and field role working on heavy and compact construction equipment.
