Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions, technical drawings, and standard operating procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Must pass drug screens, background checks, and pre-employment tests.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components, sub-assemblies, and final equipment per drawings, work instructions, and torque specifications.
• Install mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components.
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
• Maintain production pace and quality while ensuring accuracy.
• Inspect assemblies for quality and specifications; report defects and participate in root cause analysis.
• Follow health, safety, and PPE policies in a heavy manufacturing environment.
• Support CI, lean manufacturing, and 5S standards to improve workflow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals and document build records.
