Qualifications

• 6 months of relevant experience or a High School Diploma/GED.
• Experience using basic hand and power tools.
• Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16 inch.
• Lifting up to 35 pounds; able to stand long periods.
• May require forklift/overhead crane certification or training.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components on heavy-duty vehicles and sub-assemblies.
• Interpret engineering drawings, work orders, and blueprints.
• Maintain safety and 6S standards in a collaborative production area.
• Operate torque tools, DC tools, and QA testing equipment.
• Document work and update ERP system records as needed.
