Diamond Towing in Mid-Missouri is seeking a full-time Dispatcher to serve as the calm, reassuring voice for stranded customers. You will gather details, dispatch the right driver, and keep jobs moving efficiently across a 24/7 operation.

Responsibilities include handling calls/texts, coordinating drivers, and maintaining clear communication under pressure. Prior dispatch experience is a plus; CDL is preferred but not required, with training provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous dispatch or customer-service experience preferred
• CDL not required but helpful
• Able to work in a 24/7 operation

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and texts professionally, day or night
• Coordinate drivers and ensure jobs stay on track
