Job summary

Diamond Towing in Mid-Missouri is seeking a full-time Dispatcher to serve as the calm, reassuring voice for stranded customers. You will gather details, dispatch the right driver, and keep jobs moving efficiently across a 24/7 operation.

Responsibilities include handling calls/texts, coordinating drivers, and maintaining clear communication under pressure. Prior dispatch experience is a plus; CDL is preferred but not required, with training provided as needed.

Dispatcher

Full‑time · Rotating shifts (24/7 operation)

You're the calm, reassuring voice when someone is stranded. Our dispatchers answer the call, gather the details, and get the right driver rolling fast.

• Answer calls and texts professionally, day or night
• Coordinate drivers and keep jobs on track
• Strong communication and a cool head under pressure
• Comfortable with basic computers and phones; dispatch experience a plus
• Dependable and punctual for scheduled shifts

Run our heavy iron on commercial and recovery jobs across Mid‑Missouri. Big trucks, big responsibility, and the respect that comes with doing it right.

• Operate heavy wreckers safely and professionally
• Perform recoveries, winch‑outs and commercial tows
• Valid CDL (Class A/B) preferred, or willingness to obtain one
• Clean driving record and heavy‑duty experience preferred
• Available for on‑call rotation, including some nights and weekends
